Dir Howard Gittis and Pres James Maher acquired 83,000 shares from Dec 28, 1992 to Feb 23, 1993 at the cost of $14.39 each. Most of the buying happened after the 4th qtr 1992 reports. Shares are pegged at the low end of a three-year range and the insider purchases suggests that good results are expected.
