The annual pay survey by Pearl Meyer & Partners, the New York based compensation consulting firm reports a fall of 4.2 percent in total compensation for CFO's in 2003 as compared to the prior year. The total payouts to treasurers in 2003 fell more than 6 percent and controllers lost a bit as well.
