Three of the sellers cleared out a significant amount of their holdings in non-option transactions. Chmn Steven G. Mahaylo sold 164,000 shares last Feb 4, 1993. A great percentage of the recent selling also occurred after Jan 1, 1993 so the taxation factor is not applicable. Insider selling is also very evident despite a corporate cap of less than 8 million.

In late 1992, share prices broke the $10 area again and insiders cleared out almost 1.2 million shares at the $6.75 to $8.75 range. The insider selling indicates that the stock might be overvalued.
