Charlton to quit Cruden

Article Abstract:

Cruden Bay plans to place out a stake held by Michael Charlton who is a major backer of speculative investment vehicles and Cruden is not this type of speculative investment. Cruden Bay, meanwhile, has acquired Technolog and appointed a new chief executive, Claude Yonnet. The company will also change its name, becoming Utilitec.
