The Dublin financial community is hoping that the newly completed Custom House Docks financial center will help to establish Dublin as one of Europe's leading commercial centers. The body responsible for marketing the center is the Industrial Development Authority of Ireland. Organizations that have committed to the new center or are considering leasing space include: National and City Brokers Group and Shannon International Leasing.

Tony Berry is chairman of Blue Arrow Plc, the world's largest employment services group. Berry is a chartered accountant by training who bought a controlling interest in Blue Arrow in 1982.
