Article Abstract:
Damon Corp is given a buy rating as of late Mar 1993. Three insiders acquired 9,000 shares in Jan 1993 at the $13-$14 level, forming a buy cluster. At that time, it seemed that insiders consider the low teens as a good buying range. Chmn Robert L. Rosen purchased 30,000 shares in Feb 1993, at $13.88 each while Dir Linda Goldzimer bought 1,000 shares during the same month at $12.13. The substantial purchase volume and the number of insiders involved in buying suggest positive developments.
