Article Abstract:

The Internet and associated information technologies have led to ever- emerging, new distribution options. As a result, traditional sales channels are being rendered obsolete and companies are transitioning into a new era of integrated distribution, where the roles of all members of the sales process will be profoundly redefined. Companies aiming to achieve sales success within this new environment must first, above all, reverse the conventional channel marketing process and create a relationship marketing strategy for their channels.
