Graham Consulting is a civil engineer acquired by WSP in 1997, and Graham has made a major improvement in its margins since the acquisition, which also strengthens WSP in an area where it was weaker. WSP's profit is forecast at 4.1 million pounds sterling for 1998 by Beeson Gregory.
