Hunting is a UK defense and petroleum industry services provider. The company is part of a consortium which has been awarded a contract to produce the Apache helicopter. Cost reductions are helping Hunting's aviation division. The profit from defense should be above the 15 million pounds sterling reported for 1994. Hunting's Canadian oil distribution business should perform steadily and would benefit from a rise in petroleum prices.
