Accountability: The forgotten creed

Article Abstract:

The tendency of the community at all levels ranging from government down to personal responsibility for one's own actions, to accuse others for their faults, is focused. The legal system also supports this hypothesis by offering a relief to companies to claim recovery from auditors who failed to report that their self-indulgence was affecting the company's financial health, thus ignoring the concept of personal responsibility.

This is because of the increased competitiveness, donor awareness, and improved monitoring and evaluation.
