Article Abstract:

There are a number of differences between the economies of Leeds and Bradford, England, such as the greater dependence of Bradford on manufacturing, which has led to problems in 1998. Both cities aim to attract jobs in the call center industry, though Leeds, which already has a number of call centers, may be hit by a shortage of labor in this field.
