A bird in the hand

Article Abstract:

The label, Bird in Hand, which was launched in July 2001 is one of the latest ventures from the Adelaide Hills. Andrew Nugent, the ex-director of McLaren Vale's Tatachilla Winery feels that it is important to have the right site for the winery and dairy buildings have the necessary requirements for converting into winery, thus he is planning to convert a diary building into a winery.
