Airline service stinks

Article Abstract:

Delays on domestic flights today are the highest in U.S. history as a June 2007 report said that one of three domestic flights was delayed. Services do not seem to satisfy customers and as such, airlines should figure out what the problem is to better serve passengers. The author's experience at a United Airlines flight is presented.
