The ongoing, unlawful exploitation of Air Canada's confidential information has caused it substantial loss, including loss of incremental revenue and goodwill, as a result its place in the market is irreparably damaged.

The airline and a federal agency agreed to extend a provision of the airline's government-backed loan that lets the company use its available cash to fund daily operations while it is in bankruptcy.

The Philadelphia Convention and Visitors Bureau would advertise the region to European vacationers through online travel site Expedia.com as part of the bureau's new marketing plan. The plan for fiscal 2005 also includes efforts to sell an expanded Convention Center to meeting planners and to make it more fun to take a bus tour of the city.
