McAdams, Richman & Ong have been purchased by senior managers. The firm will now be called MRO Advertising. The advertising firm created the Greater Philadelphia Works welfare reform ad campaign. The managers stated that they are planning to expand the firm's operations into Internet advertising. They also want to revive MRO's reputation for creativity. Terms of the purchase were not available. Four executives bought the firm from two owners in the deal.
