Article Abstract:

The details of Rouzan, a planned traditional neighborhood development (TND) project in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, are presented. Tommy Spinosa, a developer of JTS Interests, estimates that around 800 residential units, 45,000 square feet of retail space, 10,000 square feet of cafes and restaurants, and other facilities, can be constructed within the area. The other features of the plan are also discussed.
