United Biscuits Holdings PLC is planning to sell off its frozen-foods operations. The company is hoping to sell its frozen-foods business for approximately 225 million pound sterling (209.5 million euros). Morgan Stanley Dean Witter has been commissioned by United Biscuits to find an interested party for the acquisition of the business. United Biscuits is a producer of snacks and other foods based in the UK.
