The truth about No Gun Ri

Article Abstract:

There are allegations about war crimes at No Gun Ri, South Korea, in 1950, and Associated Press has reported accounts from former soldiers who say that they killed civilians at this location. The US Army is carrying out an investigation, after initially denying the claims. The US has supported investiahtions into killings in Rwanda and former Yugoslavia, but is concerned about the setting up of an International Criminal Court. A US investigation of events in South Korea will show that the US is prepred to abide by rules it wants other countries to abide by.
