Hong Kong is beginning to question the benefits of allowing Tung Chee-hwa run the country after the realizing the possibility that Tung Chee-hwa may run the country as a business. Tung Chee-hwa is likely to treat the formulation of political and economic policies as business matters, which may be deterrent to the political stability and overall economy of the country.
