The results indicate that the information transfer helps in shaping up the healthcare coverage and treatment options and information transparency influences costs and pricing strategies within the healthcare network.

The study highlights the need for managers of the firms to overcome the internal politics and rivalry, examine the method of pricing followed in their firm and develop an overall pricing plan which is favorable to all the departments.
