The firm successfully co-operates with Honda (Japan). The majority of Vari's production is equipped with Honda engines and Honda ensures servicing for Vari products on the global market.

Zetor, which has had economic troubles since 1999, has more than 1,300 employees in 2000. The firm has debts of 200 mil Kc for wages to its employees in the middle of 2000.
