Record catch gets speedy lift

Article Abstract:

The remodeling works on Icelandic fishing vessel Engey helped it to achieve record catch on its first trip. The modifications implemented on the former Russian pollock factory ship are described. The fishing vessel is owned by HB-Grandi. Skaginn did the refitting job.

Yard wins big ship orders

Spanish shipyard CNP Freire is to build a 95 metre tuna purse seiner and a 70.50 metre fisheries vessel for tuna company Petusa. Various equipments to be installed in the fishing vessels are discussed.
