Operational research models in action, the result of international cooperation - a potpourri

Article Abstract:

Several international operations research (OR) projects that benefitted from the application of OR methods by Yugoslav practitioners are presented. These include the multicriteria evaluation of highway traffic control system and the use of dynamic programming for urban traffic management in Moscow, Russia. The others include the simulation and multicriteria analysis of local area networks and the expert system GRAPH for teaching and research.
