Oil change on the buses

Article Abstract:

Motor-engineering consultant Hassan Assali believes that he has discovered a way of improving the environment impact of exhaust emissions from buses in London, England. This involves filtering the lubricating oil used to prevent the moving parts of the buses' engines locking together with the Pinmore electronic oil-recycler developed by his company. This equipment has a secondary filter controlled by a microprocessor. The filter ensures that the oil does not lose its minerals. The system has been tested since 1994 by Merseyside Transport and subsidiary London Northern.
