Europe's traditional stock exchanges will have to compete soon with a number of new exchanges. These new exchanges make use of the latest developments in technology that have helped lower the barriers to entry. In response, Europe's traditional exchanges are considering a plan that would link them to each other.

Euronext affirms plan to launch IPO this year

Euronext reports 6.3% profit growth
