China's new leaders hope to restructure major state bodies in an effort to make them more efficient and improve the country's economy. This will mean in the short term confusion and uncertainty could hamper foreign companies trying to do business there. In the long run, however, these reforms could, if effective, could greatly improve the government, and businesses.
