Moser will fall into the hands of Iris

The city of Karlovy Vary plans to sell its 5% stake in Moser to Iris (Czech Republic), which holds a 94.5% stake in Moser at the moment. Iris has offered CEK 2.827 mil for the stake in Moser to the city. Besides, it has promised to support the budget of the city with CEK 200,000 per year during 2002-2004.
