LVMH is nearing sale of Omas pen business

Luxury goods company LVMH Moet Hennessy Louis Vuitton S.A. will exit the writing implements market with the sale of its Omas pen unit to Xinyu Hengdeli Holdings Ltd., a Hong Kong-based watch distributor. LVMH will retain a 10% stake, with Xinyu purchasing a 90% stake. No financial details were available regarding the deal.

Prada sells Helmut Lang brand to Japan's Link Theory Holding
