A group of investors has made a bid to acquire the 62% of CB Richard Ellis Services Inc. that it does not already own for $194.7 million (225.8 million euros). The investor group includes CB Richard's chief executive officer, Ray Wirta.

InterContinental halts U.S. cancellation fees
