France Telecom seeks to buy 20% of MobilCom

Article Abstract:

Obtaining German cellular services operation license is one of the goals that France Telecom pursues in its 4 billion Euros bid to acquire MobilCom AG. MobilCom has more than three million fixed-line users and two million cellular customers and, which gives France Telecom a solid foothold in the German telecom market, which is the biggest in Europe.
