Donnelley acquires U.K. printer in deal valued at $990 million

R.R. Donnelley & Sons Co. of the United States is to acquire Astron Group of the United Kingdom for $990 million. Astron Group the printing company forecasts a revenue of $550 million for this year. R.R. Donnelley and Sons Co. shares have increased approximately nine percent in the past year and were trading at $32.89 at close Friday.
