France Telecom Sells Stake In German Rival for C3.1 Billion

Germany's state development agency will buy a 1.8% stake in Deutsche Telekom from France Telecom for 3.1 billion in Euro dollars. The deal, which stems from a cross shareholding agreement between France Telecom and Deutsche Telekom, gives France Telecom an option to buy back the stake.
