Denton pulls out of second merger

Article Abstract:

A planned merger by law firm Denton Hall with two major law institutions has collapsed after problems emerged concerning activities in Hong Kong. The merger of Richards Butler, Denton Hall and Theodore Goddard would have formed one of the largest legal firms in England. A previous planned merger by Denton Hall with Cameron McKenna was discarded after boardroom problems occurred.
