Can Israel rekindle peace?

Article Abstract:

The confrontation between Palestinians and Israelis has seriously jeopardized peace in the area. Pres Bill Clinton at least persuaded the two sides to talk, but the final results remain in doubt unless Israel finally acknowledges the agreements made by the preceding administration.
