Article Abstract:
Danish public phone company Tele Danmark launches an advertising campaign, not for a product but for the company itself. CEO Henning Dyremose says the aim is to change the old image of Tele Danmark as an old monopoly giving customers bad service. Although the campaign is aimed towards potential customers, Dyremose also hopes it will have an effect on the political system. Many see Tele Danmark as competing with small companies. This is not the case, since Telia, Mobilix, and others are owned by big foreign companies. Dyremose says it would be nice if all phone companies were seen as equals players and be given equal opportunities to compete on the market.
