Jaco is considering joining SuperGros by a membership in the marketing alliance SuperBest, and Suma will reconsider its strategy, which now includes making purchases from two different wholesalers.

The EU has approved the planned 50-50 joint venture between the leading Danish and Swedish grocery retail chains Dansk Supermarked and Ica. The parties will now develop and operate a discount chain, Netto, and a supermarket chain, Bilka, in Sweden and in Norway.
