Article Abstract:

Loyalty Simulator is a new software programme, aimed at making e-commerce customers loyal. The programme has been developed by the Danish institute Niels Bohr and the analyse firm Forespring, and is based on so-called neutral networks. It can be used by companies which wish to make use of their knowledge about clients in reality; it can also be integrated with CRM systems as well as with e-commerce solutions.
