DENMARK: JM DENMARK ACQUIRES BUILDING SITE

Article Abstract:

JM Denmark, a subsidiary of the Swedish company JM, has acquired an 18,700 sq. metres building site in Copenhagen, part of the so-called Sojakagegrunden ("The Soya-bean cake ground"). The company is planning to build 170 flats on the ground. In all, the ground totals 215,000 sq. metres. DS Industries, a subsidiary of the Danish company East Asian Company (EAC/OK), has previously sold parts of the ground to other investors.

DENMARK: SHELL HEADQUARTERS SOLD

Article Abstract:

Shell's headquarter in Copenhagen since 66 years has been sold to the pension fund ATP (Arbejdsmarkedets Tillaegs Pensions) for DKr 180 million (US$ 21 million). ATP will rent out the 7,000 sq.m. of office space.

DENMARK: ALM BRAND HAS ACQUIRED PROPERTY

Article Abstract:

The property Midtermolen 1-3, Copenhagen, has been acquired by the Danish financing company Alm Brand Finans, formerly Gefion, for DKr 330mn (USD 41mn). The seller is the Swedish construction company Skanska.
