Coffee overload is causing nutrient deficiencies

Article Abstract:

Nutrition experts are investigating about the effects of overdose of coffee and have found that an extra dosage overstimulates the nervous system and causes a rise in levels of the stress hormone cortisol. An increase in the cortisol level can deplete the body's stores of key nutrients, such as calcium and zinc and raise a person's risk of osteoporosis, arthritis and heart disease.

Article Abstract:

New evidence of nutritional research suggests that consuming high-dose multivitamins or too many separate supplements could lead to nutrient overdose that harms the body and the megadoses of the most healthy vitamins can trigger heart-damaging increases in cholesterol. A few tips to gain energy, look younger and brighten one's mood are provided.
