Clustering in Hackney

Hackney, London, England, has become a fashionable neighborhood. The area has benefited from funds for urban renewal, and a number of art galleries and other projects have been set up. There are no major employers, so the aim is to attract groups of small businesses. Land values have risen, and jobs have been created, but uemployment levels are still high, Hackney is still a poor borough, and people who do find work often have to move to due high house prices.
