Calcutta, Delhi, Mumbai and Chennai to buy set-top boxes as required under the newly introduced conditional access system has been described. PSEG Global, El Paso Energy, CMS Energy, and Covanta Energy are owed $150 million for providing electricity in the Indian state of Tamil Nadu. The companies have evidently been so exasperated that they have lobbied the U.S. Congress to block all but humanitarian aid to Tamil Nadu.
