The thought that color could generate certain emotional moods reflects importance for years and it is accepted that different colors could have different reactions in different situations for different people at different times. The 'True Colors' conference at the RIBA discussed the use of color in architecture and how it could be more than jus a lick of paint if used intelligently.

The first Urban Renaissance award went to a project of towns and cities, which evicted antisocial elements, bereft of crimes instead of beautiful cities and towns with better living conditions. New definition of regeneration is centered on crime and based on local solutions instead of better employment opportunities, decent homes or in short, better living conditions.

Article Abstract:
The Late-Nite Reviews (LNRs), organized by the Future Cities Project, was intended as an alternative crits where young architects could present their work to a panel of crits, commentators and peers. The LNRs aim to see whether architects can defend their work in the broader political context and also challenge the critics to see if they can justify their position.
