American International Group Inc. of the United States has launched an internal review that suggests "certain former members of senior management" were able "to circumvent internal controls" with regards to accounting procedure, namely Maurice R. "Hank" Greenberg and Howard I. Smith. The findings have caused the insurance companies stock to rally. American International Group Inc. is currently under investigation by the United States Securities and Exchange Commission.

Watley Inc. as guided by John J. Amore. It is estimated at least $650,000 was allegedly made in this way between 2002 and 2003.
