Bill O'Gara's company has been customizing security cars for US presidents since Harry S Truman. Its first mass-market service, the Personal Security Vehicle (PSV-2), is targeted at US drivers afraid of car-jacking. For $40-70,000, O'Gara adds up to 500 pounds of glass and steel to any car.
