The poor and the rich

Article Abstract:

The neoclassical growth model of the 1950s implies that growth slows with expanding capital and that poor countries will grow at a faster rate than rich countries. This hypothetical model has not proven to be true and in the 1990s economists are challenging this old school of thought.
