Germany: Diabetic sues Coca Cola, Masterfoods

Article Abstract:

A retired judge in Germany is suing Coca Cola and Masterfoods for damages. He maintains that the drink and chocolate producers are partly responsible for his diabetes, as they do not warn about the hazards of the products on the packaging. He is claiming damages of initially DM 11,000 and wants them to pay future costs of treatment.
