A simple change in daily routine makes one happier as they trigger the psychological and physical process, which mimic love's blissful state to bring joy always. Twists to be made in one's routine is to let worry evaporate by a massage after a bath which stimulates the hormone oxytocin that initiates bonding and cherishes life, by bringing joys and hopes, feel more love, sidestepping stress with little ritual as if rituals are performed on a daily basis, motivate general well being.

Feelings that can help in reducing worries, make one feel lucky, and give more control to one's life can be aroused by simple gestures such as imagining bubbles that carry away one's worries, repeating the lucky motto and creating a 'love rules!' jar.
