Work force management practices for manufacturing flexibility

Article Abstract:

Research information on the performance and usage of certain workforce management practices when the emphasis on flexibility is high is given. The results show that relationship oriented practices such as team building, support, networking, inspiring, recognizing, are all demonstrated in better performing managers when flexibility is high.

The impact of human resource management practices manufacturing performance

Article Abstract:

Research into the effects of human resources on manufacturing performance are given. The study broke the research into a framework that suggest human resources can be broken into 5 factors, four of which relate to manufacturing, quality, flexibility, cost and time.
