Threats to international operations: Dealing with political risk at the firm level

Article Abstract:

The relationships between specific forms of political risk and the political activities used by the firms are explored to manage the risks associated with international operations. The results provide evidence for the notion that the type of political activity engaged in by firms will differ depending on the form of political threat faced.
