The forecasting community remains to be an important aspect of business for the 21st century. Forecasting professionals help businessmen maintain their competitiveness by knowing their customers with regards to their preferences and attitudes. Through forecasting, a businessman is also able to have an edge over other competitors by knowing what the trends will be in the future. The insights that can be achieved, such as knowing what customers think and do, in forecasting by several businesses make the forecasting community highly in demand.
